E.L.F Cosmetics Halo Glow Liquid Filter comes in a glass bottle with a with plastic top and has doe foot applicator and holds quite a lot of product.
The consistency E.L.F Cosmetics Halo Glow Liquid Filter is thick and runny. It has mild fragrance which doesn’t bother me at all. You can wear this product alone, over or under makeup, mixed with foundation, or as a highlighter.
I wore it by its own and it gives a glowing look. My skin glows after the application. When I mix with foundation it gives a nice dewy finish. It also works as a good highlighter gives a nice glowing finish.
It doesn’t give any coverage at all. It is like a luminator which just gives a glow and no coverage.

The shade I picked up is Medium which is perfect for my skin tone.
I have oily skin and I usually prefer products which gives mattifying finish. This product made my skin look oily and greasy after the application. I guess may be the city I live is very humid. People with very oily skin can avoid this product.
Overall its a decent product if you are looking for a dewy makeup look you can try this or else a highlighter or strobing cream will do the same job as it does. I might not purchase it again.
