<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Hi all, Today I will be reviewing one of the boldest shades I ever had. This is from brand LA Girl. I have also reviewed <a href="https://www.makeupadda.com/la-girl-metal-liquid-lipstick-shade-galvanize-review/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="">LA Girl Metal Liquid Lipstick in Shade Galvanize </a>. I got this few months back but somehow I forgot reviewing about this lippie so finally today I will review this bold shade.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Experience using LA Girl Matte Flat Velvet Lipstick in Shade Raven</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Flat Matte Velvet lipsticks come in a plastic glossy black body with gold lettering. All ingredients and other details are printed on the tube.<br>The lid is capped with a small well of product that matches the colour of the lipstick inside. The shade name is printed on the lower half of the tube.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The lipstick bullets twist up with audible clicking noises, tending to slightly resist the final turn and they are flat top in shape. I found this cut really easy to work with. Even NYX matte lipsticks have such bullet which twists up with a clicking noise.<br>There&#8217;s pretty incredible colour pay off across the range here. I got one more shade in this range that is Poetic.<br>I didn&#8217;t find this formula drying at all. The texture is smooth and lightly creamy; they don&#8217;t tug at the lips at all. They have a light vanilla scent which I love it.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This shade Raven is beautiful greenish black in shade. When I swatched on hand it looks dark black but when I applied on lips it gives greenish black shade. I just love this shade. It brightens up my face and looks gorgeous. It is obviously not an everyday shade but I don’t mind such shade in my lipstick collection.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I feel this shade will suit all skin tone people.<br>Staying power is very good. It stayed around 4 to 5 hours on my lips without smudging.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Yes I will recommend this range of LA Matte lipsticks. They have many shades for all skin tones. Shade Raven is very bold shade and many might not be comfortable with this shade but I love this shade. It is highly pigmented. It stays for 4 to 5 hours. I guess every lipstick lover like me should have such bold shade in their collection.</p>
