Today I will review one of my favourite matte liquid lipsticks from PAC Cosmetics. I have bought this last year and I am in love this lippie. If you are following my other post you must be aware that I am matte lipstick sucker. PAC Cosmetics is one of the best brands for cosmetics in India now. They have wide range of cosmetics with wide range of shades. I have many products from PAC. I recently reviewed there PAC HD Liquid Foundation. So without wasting much time let’s get in to the review.

Pac Retro Matte Gloss comes in a black cardboard packaging. It has all the information printed on it. The liquid lipstick comes in a transparent tube with black screw cap. The shade number is printed at the bottom of the tube.
The liquid lipstick comes with doe foot applicator. It is travel friendly and can be carried easily in the hand bag. The texture of the lipstick is liquid not too thick not too runny. It’s very easy to apply on the lips. I just love the doe applicator it glides the lipstick effortlessly.

The lipstick is highly pigmented; one swipe is enough to cover entire lips perfectly. It settles into a matte finish few seconds. I just love its finish. It’s a perfect matte lipstick. It doesn’t smudge or transfers. Its staying power is awesome it stayed 6 to 7 hours on my lips.
It’s a liquid lipstick so it can dry out the lips so it’s always better to exfoliate the lips and use a lip balm before applying this lipstick.
Shade 17 is a beautiful berry pink shade. It will suit all skin tone. It’s a pretty dark shade so you can’t wear on daily basis. It will best suit if you were on some occasion like parties or any other function. I just love this shade. It brightens my face after application. It’s a must have shade in everyone’s makeup kit.

Overall PAC has done a great job in introducing this affordable with so many shades for all skin tones. I am buying more shades from this range surely.
If you have PAC store in your city its best to visit the store and buy from there. Because online it’s difficult to make out which shade to buy. Anyways I am happy with this shade.

Oh yes I will definitely recommend this range of liquid matte lipsticks from PAC Cosmetics. They have wide range of shades to select from. Everyone will find different shades for their skin tones. I just love this shade 17. It’s a beautiful berry shade and will suit all skin tones.
