Experience using Kay Beauty Orange Colour Corrector Stick

It comes in a cardboard packaging. The corrector comes in a orange and white pencil stick form with a cap. The stick looks pretty weak. It can be carried easily in hand bag.

Kay Beauty Orange Colour Corrector Stick

The color of this corrector is orange which is good for hiding dark pigmentation on the skin like under eye dark circles and brown or dark spots on the face.

I got this corrector to cover my under-eye circles. I have been using this for a while and I am not that happy or satisfied with this product.

Pigmentation is very less. It is difficult to apply under the eye because of the pencil format. It blends easily in to the skin. But I have to take lot of product under my eyes to cover it. Colour pigmentation is poor and I am really disappointed with it.

It covers brown spots nicely. This color corrector might work well for people with not so dark under eye circles.

It gives a matte finish after the application. Application is easy and it blends easily in the skin.

Overall a decent product. I might not buy this again because it failed to cover my under eye dark circles effectively.

Pros of Kay Beauty Orange Colour Corrector Stick

  • Pencil to Powder Formula
  • Waterproof & Smudgeproof
  • Enriched with Marula Oil & Vitamin C
  • Blends easily
  • Travel friendly packaging
  • Affordable

Cons of Kay Beauty Orange Colour Corrector Stick

  • Might not cover dark circles effectively
  • The stick is weak might break if not handled well
  • Doesn’t not come with a sharpener

Recommendation-

I overall didn’t enjoy this product. The shade orange is not that pigmented and if you have very bad dark circles then it might not correct it well otherwise for normal brown spots and pigmentation it does a decent job of covering them. Its not that expensive so you can try.

I am always so nervous using these types of products. I am always worried I get it wrong and then my skin looks two-toned.

Hey! Thanks for the review. Do I buy a sharpner with this? I already have it but I thought that the product is only the quantity that we can see initially. Is there more to use within once we sharpen? And can you recommend which sharpner should I go for? Thanks.

Thank you for sharing this detailed. I don’t really use one right now but being able to conceal acne breakouts and rashes is definitely helpful. Will get the green as you recommended. Hope to find Kay in my local market.
