Olaplex doesn’t need any introduction. I was really excited to try Olaplex No. 7 Bonding Oil. Finally after reading so may reviews I thought of trying it.

Experience using No. 7 Bonding Oil by Olaplex
It comes in a white cardboard box. The oil comes in a transparent plastic bottle with a cap.
The color of the oil is yellow and the consistency is not very thick unlike other hair oils. It has a mild fragrance.
Olaplex’s oil promises to be almost weightless and reparative to hair. Apply by tapping the bottom of the bottle upside down and dispersing a few drops to the palms of your hands and work through the hair.
Focus mainly on the mids and tips. Distribute the remaining product through to the root area. Brush out to ensure the hair is evenly saturated.
Keep in mind that a little goes a long way. Don’t use too much oil otherwise it might make the hair look oily.
It’s made with vitamin- and essential fatty acid-rich grape seed oil, as well as fermented green tea oil, the latter of which aids in absorption. Other ingredient highlights include dimethicone — a great conditioning agent that minimizes frizz — sunflower seed oil, and moringa seed oil.

I have colored dry and frizzy hair and I usually put hair serum after the hair wash. I don’t use heating tools often, I just dry my hair with a blow dryer.
Olaplex Bonding Oil makes my hair soft and smooth after the application. I apply it every time after washing my hair.
Overall its a decent product I feel it’s over priced and it’s a hyped product. There are many serums in the market which are lower in price and do the same job as this oil.

Perfect timing, as my current hair serum changed ingredients and no longer works as good, so been looking for an alternative as with this humidity my hair can get fizz Mel x

the fact that it is very light is what appeals to me the most here for my hair is very fine and even a drop of any oil makes it so very greasy..
