Monsoon season have high chances of skin infections and bacteria. Exfoliation is necessary for maintaining the skin and removing the dead cells on your skin. Great tips. I think in the heat of the summer especially when its such high humidity, these are great ways to protect your skin. Summer I think is more challenging than winter. At least with winter I just swap over to a thicker nourishing cream but with summer between the sweat and humidity, it’s tough to combat the oil and breakouts it produces.
